Online Booking Terms & Conditions
Tickets can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
When tickets are purchased they are valid for the date and time on the ticket only.
Tickets can be transferred to an alternative date as long as you contact our Booking Office at least 48 hours in advance of your booked date on 01509 212 241. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit to your preferred date, but we will make all reasonable efforts to do so.
Tickets will be emailed to you using the email address provided when booking. Tickets must be printed or show clearly for scanning upon arrival on your mobile device.
All latest updates regarding museum bookings and tours will be posted on our social media pages.
Refunds & Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations by you.
We may be able to transfer your booking to another day as long as you contact us 48 hours before your scheduled visit on 01509 212 241. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit to your preferred date, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so.
Should we have to cancel an event due to Covid-19, or any other circumstances outside of our control, we will endeavour to re-schedule your booking. Should we be unable to do this, we will issue a full refund on all tickets purchased.
To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit details are encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of anyone being able to read them as they are processed on the Internet.
We will not share your details with any other company or 3rd party and they will be solely used by Our Venue for their purposes.
We do not store any credit or debit card details nor do we share them with any 3rd parties.
