Private Tours – Booking & Information

You can secure a date for a private tour using our booking calendar. A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your tour. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour, when you arrive.

To help us organise your tour, please complete the form on our website (www.belltrust.co.uk/tours) with details such as the number of participants, the group leader’s name and contact details and your order number. If you'd prefer to speak with us before booking, please fill out the form first, and then we’ll get in touch.

Tour Details

• Private tours are available for groups of 10 to 35 people.
• When booking, select your date, pay the deposit and complete and submit the form with the required details.

Tour Availability

Private tours are available on the following days:

• Monday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday mornings: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• Friday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

📌 Please note: Tours are NOT available on weekends, evenings, or bank holidays, and time slots cannot be adjusted.

Additional Information

• On Fridays, John Taylor & Co. staff work a half day, so they will not be present during afternoon tours.
• Castings will not take place during Private Tour slots, but there will still be plenty to see and enjoy! If your group wishes to see a casting, you will need to book as individuals on a casting tour.
• Museum entry is included in the price of a tour ticket. For afternoon tours, we recommend arriving early to explore the Museum before your tour begins.
• Payment Terms: A £100 deposit is required in advance, with the remaining balance due on the day before the tour begins.
