What could be more Christmassy than a visit to the Loughborough Bellfoundry?
For December 2021, we are pleased to offer a limited number of Festive Foundry Experiences at the bellfoundry, including lots of extras too!
- Meet and greet with mulled wine and mince pies (non-alcoholic drinks available)
- Introductory talk and video presentation from one of our expert guides
- Guided tour of the full foundry works and museum, with Christmas activities for younger visitors
- Handbell ringing lesson in the Old Laboratory, where you will learn to play a festive tune on a set of John Taylor and Company handbells
- Takeaway gift bag with festive treats
Please allow 2-2.5 hours for your visit. Note that we will endeavor to show you a casting in the foundry hall. Owing to variations in the production schedule, we regret that this is not always guaranteed.

Adult: (16 years+): £20.00
Concession (Student, 65+): £17.50
Child (6-16 years): £10.00
