Learn all about the ancient craft of bellmaking with a tour of our unique museum!
The Loughborough Bellfoundry Museum is open for timed tours on select Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Your Museum Tour will include the following:
- An introduction plus video presentation from one of our guides in the Old Laboratory activity space
- Access to the historic casting hall viewing platform plus handheld digital guides
- Bells to touch and ting in the Furnace Gallery, from the medieval period to the present day
- Hands-on activities for younger visitors, including brass rubbing and play-doh bell moulding
Museum Tours last approximately one hour.
Ticket prices
Adult: £6.50
Concession (Student, 65+): £5.50
Child (under 16): £4.50
Family ticket: £15.00
(Family ticket covers 2 adults plus 2 children or 1 adult plus 3 children)

Regrettably there is no current step-free access to the first floor of our museum and the casting hall viewing platform.
